Gemstones can be returned within 30 days for a full refund if you are not pleased with the product.  The strand cannot be cut or broken or you will not be eligible for refund.

Erika hand picks all of her gemstone strands before she buys them, therefore you can count on quality!  Your strands will be double checked for any imperfections before they are sent out for delivery.  We will only send you strands that we would be happy to design with, making the fear of buying online disappear!
